REFUND POLICY
If you need to cancel your reservation for a class, the reservation must be cancelled at least 12 hours before class begins.
All cancellations must be made through your online account, and cannot be made over the phone or through email. Your class will be returned as a class credit on your account and will remain there for you to use towards your next session.
If you do not cancel your class at least 12 hours prior to its start time or are absent from the class, a class will be removed from your package, as if you had attended class. For monthly memberships, a $20 fee will be charged to your account.
For Personal Training, please be advised we require 24 hours notice for all appointment & consultation cancellations. Late cancellations or missed appointments will be charged as if you had attended your session. Missed or late cancelled consultations will result in a $30 charge to the credit card on file.
Please be aware that we do not offer refunds. We’re happy to offer account credit or exchange in store.
Please be aware that we are not affiliated in any way with Rumble Boxing New York. Rumble West85th is a Franchise of Rumble Boxing Corporate Canada. Class passes are not transferable, nor are they refundable.
AUTO-RENEW CANCELLATION POLICY
Rumble Boxing Studio requires 30 days written notice to west85th@rumbleboxing.com to cancel memberships. All payments falling within this window will be charged as usual. Memberships cannot be put on hold within the first 3 months and are non-transferrable or refundable.
FREE FIRST TRIAL CLASS POLICY
Rumble Boxing West 85th offers a free Trial Class to local Calgary residence only. If you have used a Free Trial Class at another Canadian Rumble Studio you are no longer eligible for a second Free Trial Class unless approved by Rumble West 85th management.
