6-Week Body Sculpting Program at W85th RMBL Boxing

At W85th RMBL Boxing, we’re proud to launch something new this fall: our 6-Week Body Sculpting Program, designed specifically for women who are ready to stop coasting and start training with purpose.

This is not another fitness “challenge” or trendy bootcamp.This is a progressive, evidence-based strength training program built to deliver real results with professional coaching at every step.


Why This Program?


Too often, women are funneled into generic group classes that burn calories but don’t actually move them toward their long-term physique or strength goals. The Body Sculpting Program changes that. With small groups (maximum 3 women per coach), every session is hands-on, technical, and tailored to help you push harder, get stronger, and see visible changes.

  • Professional Hypertrophy Coaching expertise (muscle growth & body sculpting)
