About the event
She Fights Back is a women’s empowerment experience designed to build strength from the inside out.
Hosted in partnership with Ashley Resch, this intimate event brings together movement, skill, and community in support of End Violence Everywhere.
Each session includes:
• 30 minutes of boxing skill training led by Coach Johngie
• 30 minutes of strength circuit training led by Coach Ashley
• A curated goodie bag
