Youth Summer Camps Are Back – And Better Than Ever!

Looking for an action-packed way to keep your kids moving this summer? Our Rumble Youth Summer Camps are designed to build confidence, coordination, and friendships in a high-energy, supportive setting. Led by Elise and our elite Rumble coaches, each one-week camp packs in fitness and fun like no other.

Camp Highlights:
Boxing & Muay Thai skill development
High-energy games, relays, and group challenges
Confidence-boosting lessons and team-building fun
Special Dryland Training Weeks for young athletes (ideal for hockey or ringette players!)
Time: 12:30 PM – 4:30 PM
Daily Flow Includes:
Warm-up games and movement-based icebreakers
Relay races and active challenges
Snack break & social time
Daily boxing technique session with our coaches
Cool-down games and end-of-day wrap-up

*The last two weeks of Rumble Summer Camp (week of August 11th & August 18th) will include dryland training to help all young athletes build strength, endurance, and agility.
While beneficial for everyone, these sessions are especially great for hockey players looking to stay in peak shape and get ready for tryout season! Expect a mix of explosive strength, agility drills, endurance training, and boxing-inspired conditioning to level up your game—on and off the ice!
